The Osborne Association is a New York-based nonprofit providing comprehensive direct services to people during and after their period of incarceration. After a successful rebrand in 2019, Osborne saw the opportunity to not only refresh their website visuals, but to significantly re-structure their information architecture— in order to elevate the visbility of their programs and services.
